Tallin is lovely. It was quite cold, icy and snowing during the few days I was there but people where really helpful and the sun did shine one day. The gallery was nice and we (Klara Karin and myself) had our own handy man to help us drill holes, paint and put the lights in position.
The city holds a lot of culture both new and old. Lots and lots of Galleries and museums near by where ever you are.
